Once your order has been prepared for shipment, delivery usually takes about a week.

Depending on our workload, particularly high order volumes, or holidays, delivery may occasionally take a little longer.

Austria and Germany: €2.95

Digital Travel Guides

Digital travel guides are not shipped physically but are provided electronically after completion of the order. The download link is available both on the order status page and by email.

No shipping costs apply to digital travel guides. Tracking is not required for digital products.

Shipping Area for Physical Goods

We currently ship physical goods exclusively within Germany and Austria.
